The Phoenix Suns couldn’t get the job done in the 7-8 Play-In Tournament game, blowing a late-game lead to the Portland Trail Blazers. Despite leading by eight points late in the game, Phoenix fell, 114-110, and will have just one more shot to advance to the NBA Playoffs. With the win, the Blazers will move on to face the Spurs in the first round of the NBA Playoffs. Phoenix now awaits the winner of Wednesday’s game between the LA Clippers and Golden State Warriors, and the two teams will face off on Friday for a chance to face the defending champion Oklahoma City Thunder. Led by 30 points from Devin Booker, the Phoenix Suns snapped a two-game skid with a 120-110 win over the Chicago Bulls on Easter Sunday.
