"It's all good". People and media echo this saying. But life is hard. It's not all good. That's the truth – whether we come from privilege or not. Life is also awesome. This podcast is about propelling ourselves towards more content, peaceful lives from a counter-intuitive perspective: recognizing struggle, dissatisfaction, etc from the get-go. Buddhism calls it "dukkha": the inherent unsatisfactoriness of human existence. I call myself Dukkha Dude: a guy who interviews experts on the topic. The goal? Revamp our outlook. Let's not ignore the grit of life. Let's recognize and transcend it.
