More importantly, you can help others learn to see these moments and give them the confidence to make changes. No matter what role they are in within your organization, neighborhood, or family, their many small actions will combine to produce the power needed to resolve the biggest problems.
Because when everyone leads the toughest challenges get seen and solved.
